David Lynch

David is a Partner at Churchill Consulting, leading our Performance Improvement offering.

David has broad international experience, specialising in organisational strategic change with a specific focus on Operating Model Transformation and Business Improvement and using technology as the catalyst for change.

David has a proven track record of working collaboratively with clients on strategic projects involving people, process and technology change and is highly regarded for his successful implementation of business improvement measures.

David has experience across multiple industries including Mining & Resources; Oil & Gas; Financial Services; Building & Construction; Utilities & Government; Professional, Scientific & Technical Services; and Retail.

Prior to Churchill, David spent four years at Deloitte Consulting where he worked with several major multi-national companies across Ireland and Europe. David has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin, is a Prince 2 Practitioner and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
