Matthew Fahey is a Partner at Churchill Consulting, leading our Digital Transformation offering.

Specialising in organisational strategic change, Matt has led Technology & Transformation engagements from strategy definition, technology evaluation and selection to post-implementation review. He has a track record in program and change management across multiple project phases.

Matt has experience across a number of industries including Health and Aged Care; Mining and resources (including Contractors and EPCM); Agribusiness; Utilities & Government; and Financial Services.

Prior to Churchill, Matt delivered two key digital transformation initiatives in financial services and spent four years in the Assurance and Advisory Services practice at PwC. Matt has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 15 years.
