Nathan Carbone

Nathan is a Principal Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in leading and implementing strategic transformations, digital transformation and operational leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

With experience spanning top tier banks and strategy houses, Nathan has proven track record of working with boards and management teams to develop and implement transformational digital strategy including ERP implementation, data strategy & operating models and developing advanced analytics insights.

Nathan has extensive experience in Banking and Finance; Private Health Insurance; Public & Social Sector; and Mining.

Prior to Churchill, Nathan worked in multiple discipline roles at McKinsey & Company, CBA, Westpac and Qantas. He has a Bachelor of Economics degree and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
